I scheduled an appt for 2:30 for an oil change and arrived 10 min early. I was greeted, but not given a name and told it would be ready in 45 min. After waiting over an hour. I went back to check on the status and was told that it would be redy in 5 to 10 min because there was a recall on my vehile. This information was not relayed to me before the work begin so I was not expexting to wait any additional time. After 25 more minutes. I messaged to get an update, no reply. Finally, after waiting an hour and a half, my paperwork was brought up and I was able to leave. After being gone 10 min. I recieved a reply to my message that my vehicle was ready. This was a very poor experience. Please take the necessary steps to keep customers informed on their vehicles and if additional work is being performed before the work is done.

I asked for my vehicle to be washed when I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I was called and told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When they were done with my vehicle, the worker stated that he couldn’t tell if they ran my vehicle through the wash or not. But “ everyone was gone for the day so he couldn’t wash it now.” My vehicle was visibly dirty and was obviously not washed. And then he said I could bring it back another day and they would run it through the wash for me. I appreciate that they will wash it another day, but I will have to find another day to bring my vehicle up there and spend time waiting for it to be washed.

After I had picked up my truck and left the dealership, I noticed that the Diesel Exhaust Fluid indicator was still showing the Remaining Level to be at 25%, so I called the dealership and was instructed to return for them to “fix” it. When I drove into the service area, I was immediately met by a gentleman that told me the system just needed to “reset”, which it would do on its own and would them read “ok”. Well, I drove from there to my office and then home and the only change is that it now shows 24% Remaining. So, my suspicion is no fluid was added, but one way or the other, I have to spend more time tomorrow to come back to the dealership for this to be corrected. Dissapointing, because I really don’t have the time!
