The entire operation amazes me.... from checking in my vehicle to having valet bring it to me, every single employee extremely professional and friendly. The lounge is comfortable and even though I did not eat, the “snacks” are fit for any Arkansas queen! Service prompt, location comfortable and very clean...I am always impressed.

Dub is very professional and the reason why I continue to come to Everett. It surely is not because of the sales team as yesterday was a prime example of. While my truck was being serviced I walked all over the parking lot with congregated groups of salesmen standing around doing everything except trying to sell cars. I took photos of several trucks including one just outside the dealership showroom. I opened the doors and took all sorts of photos and expressed interest (I had thought in an attempt) to draw the attention of one or the two groups of salesmen standing nearby. The only communication I heard was a terrible and obnoxious whistle of some sort one salesmen communicated to the other group with. Best I could tell the particular truck I was most interested in was $87,000. Can I afford an $87,000 truck? Maybe, maybe not, maybe I didn’t look like I could so they couldn’t stop their tribal mating call. I had a terrible sales experience last time.. For the record I’ve been involved with the direct purchase of numerous vehicles at Everett for both my wife and I and the indirect sales of several more to close friends and family. This experience yesterday aggravated me immensely. Could I have ran after one or attempted the mating call? Possibly but I shouldn’t have to. My brother in law was up there less than two months ago and had an equal irritating sales experience. He went up to buy my sister a Yukon and his mom a Yukon. The same day. He continued to get the run around and ended up leaving with zero cars instead of 2. I can’t speak for him as If he will be back, but let’s just say he probably won’t be back. My brother bought a Texas Edition about two months ago up there so we are pretty familiar with Everett and would like to continue doing business but I do have reservations. Again it is Dub that keeps me coming back. Thank you Dub. I’ll continue to drive 2.5 hours one way from El Dorado to get my vehicle serviced by you anytime.

I asked for a new customer service representative because of poor communication and lack of care in the part of my first rep. This was an isolated problem. Everyone else I’ve interacted with has been exceptionally helpful. Justin, Madison, Sean, and Seth are excellent ambassadors for your customer service mission.
