The guy was friendly and went over the issues with my car. Always have had great service the problem was when I called to schedule an appt to get the things fixed the lady said they would order the parts when I brought it in and it could take over a week. I cant go that long without a car I have 2 kids and no other vehicle. Looking for someone else to fix quicker.

It took about 21:2 hrs to complete an oil change, found out they lost my key and had to make another one. That would have been fine if they would have told me, instead we sit in the waiting area and wondered what was taking so long. But I understand things happen I just wish they would have let us know why it took so long.

Arrived for scheduled appointment on time. Was told over the phone the appointment could take up to two hours. After waiting three and a half hours and not receiving a response from the text message communication, I asked the service department for an update. It was discovered that my truck had been parked and forgotten about. The added time caused an inconvenience, missed an appointment.
However, the service department took fault without excuses and set me up with a loner vehicle as well as provided the service to my truck free of charge. My truck was delivered to me the next day and exchange for the loner truck. I felt that was a great gesture and much appreciated.

He went above and beyond what was required. I had a clip on my outside mirror that had come off in addition to the complimentary oil change and recall action taken. Adam replaced the clip to stabilize my mirror which was not a huge issue but it showed me the extra customer service he was willing to do instead of saying you will have to come back again to fix the mirror.
