Dub, was not the immediate problem. I saw 2 employees out of at least 50 wearing a mask. That is not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. This was a complimentary oil change, but I won’t be back! Landers Toyota serviced my son’s car last week and they had exemplary sanitation practices. Very disappointed in Everett.

Savana was very nice and good. But maybe it shouldn’t bother me but I bought 4 new tires and they were really dirty. I haven’t ever bought tires before without they actually not looking brand spanking new. Scared me initially as I thought someone scraped a curb but when I walked around the car I saw all looked scruffy. Husband said just weren’t cleaned up. Then was a bit relieved. I know I guess it sounds crazy. You guys have always been good to me and I thank you very much. Have a blessed day!
