Yes and no, heman never showed but another gentleman took ver hood care of me. Didnt get his name, but took control and took very good care of me.hate to do this but he was a short Asian man,would not have gone back if not for his service.

Rik was helpful and respectful. I have nothing bad to say about him. I was upset because I got there at 8am in the morning for a transmission drain and refill. I didn’t leave Nissan till about 11am. I was told the service will be about a hr, hr and half tops. Not to mention I called the day before to set up my 8am appointment. I understand if I had a big job but that wasn’t the case. I felt my car was pushed to the side and was disappointed when I seen people leaving before me. Not to mention I was the first car parked outside waiting for the gate to open. My hole day was ruined and I wasn’t able to make my kids awards assembly because of the wait. The worse service I’ve ever had. Will definitely think twice about coming back to Fontana Nissan
