Frank was great. He kept me informed as to the progress of the service. I understand that bringing a Ram pick up to a Nissan dealership for service may seem counterintuitive. However, I bought it from Fontana Nissan and have had it serviced there several times. Today, there was a several hours delay getting brake pads from your vendor. I wonder why they weren’t simply acquired from the new Ram dealership down the street? That’s my only critique. Otherwise, it was a pleasant visit.
