Again, when I arrived for my appointment, with one car ahead of me, I had to wait way too long and kept being told my advisor would be out shortly. The person who kept telling me that was the person who assisted me. When I arrived to pick up my car, I had to wait again until Juan got off the phone eventhough another advisor tried to assist me. I felt like my time was not valuable and I wasn't even walked out to my car like I usually am.
