Phillip gave the best experience regarding cars to date. He greeted me at my vehicle, explained the services I should complete at my mileage, gave me a heads up on the services I was due for upon my next visit, and a cost estimate for both. He explained the necessity of the services, why they needed to be performed to ensure continued performance of my car. I explained I had an appointment, so I needed the service to be completed quickly or an option where I could pick up after the shop closed. With no hesitation, he reassured me and explained that would not be a problem and delivered on that promise, I had my car within the expected time, despite being the busiest days of the week
