David you did a great job with your customer service , but your technician didn’t add windshield wiper fluid to my car , how I know is because I had to add from my own personal use .

I HAD A 7:15 APPOINTMENT. THE FIRST CAR IN THE GATE. I KNOW THERE'S ALWAYS A WAIT FOR YOUR TO BE COMPLETED. I'M WILLING TO SIT & WAIT WITH PATIENCE. BUT, I SAT & WAITED FOR 2 HOURS WITH NO STATUS, NO UPDATE FROM SERVICE ADVISOR DAVID. I WENT TO DAVID & ASK FOR AN UPDATE TO WHAT IS WRONG WITH MYVCAR. HE SAID IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN TOUCHED. 2 HOURS NO STATUS, NO UPDATE & HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK UP ON THE FIRST CAR IN AS TO WHY HASN'T IT BEEN WORKED ON. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER NIKKI & GOT THE CAR MOVING TO BE WORKED ON. BUT, STILL NO ANSWER TO WHY THIS HAPPENED. SHE DID GIVE ME A COMPLIMENTARY OIL CHANGE FOR NEXT TIME. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH YOUR LOCATION BUT, THIS SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

I told the advisor my air conditioner isn’t blowing cold and to have the mechanic check it but apparently this was not addressed because my a/c is still not working properly and I didn’t get any advisement on my a/c when my maintenance was completed.

The only two thing I didn’t like was that the play room for kids was dirty and boring they didn’t have any toys for kids in there and all they had on the book shelf was 2 cooking magazines and they were ripped. Also the auto team were pretty unorganized.
