They told me that the car would be ready in 3 hours, but I received it in 5 hours. I called like 14 times a nobody answered. They told me that they would also pick me up at 12:30 but came around 2:30 and the car was still not ready and the car was still dirty. I had to get an Uber to pick up my kids.
