Juan was thorough and gave me an approximated time that my car would be ready. A shuttle rider took me home and offered to pickup me up once my car repairs were done.

David was kind, prompt, busy and still took a moment to smile. I noticed other customers happy with him too. It’s really great because I had a bad experience here in the past and a neighbor told me she goes to the Ontario location for great service even though Fontana is closer. She told me to try it and I considered it but things have been great so I’m sticking with Fontana. David and Juan helps me to make such a decision. Frank and Niki are great too!

There ended up being a hole in my carpet which i could not originally see cause it was wrapped in plastic and the radio sounds like crap...like speakers are blown !

there was no customer service. He seem to dismiss my concerns about by car. No Hello, No welcome to Fontana Nissan, No eye contact. When I picked up my vehicle. My concern for my speedometer problem was dismissed as normal. In fact, the writeup was the abs actuator could not be adjusted therefore vehicle was fine. I explained to him that that was not what was said and I needed to be written to include falls with-in Nissan Specification. He proceed to tell me that would not matter. I said it matters to me. His response was we will agree to disagree. WOW. This is a people contact person.

They are both very knowledgeable about the various Nissan Vehicles, what type of service is recommended at the mileage your vehicle is currently at, and provide the best pricing available for the service needed. Such impeccable service and knowledge should be commended and I truly appreciate both of them helping me to keep my Nissan Altima running like a brand new vehicle, just like the day I bought it!
