I was called my car was ready on Thursday due to work I picked up my car on Friday evening. I drove 100 yrds when my breaks locked up due to the same issue. I had to return and leave the car again. Vehicle was tested driven since as soon as I picked up the car the break pedal was already really hard.

Originally I came in to have an oil change and a brake job , came back in as soon as I noticed oil leaking and a noise coming from my car . so I paid 79.00 to have them check out my car . When I returned I was told that my oil cooler needed to be replaced because the cooler itself was damaged . I asked him to verify that with the tech so I knew which parts to replace. I was then referred to the race shop at Nissan to get a new cooler for my car . I ended up having to drop my car off at another shop who had the part in stock just to find out that the cooler itself had no damage to it and that whichever technician worked on my car when I came in the first time had damaged the gasket for the sandwich plate due to improper install . I reached out and he told me he was going to tell his boss the story about what was told to both of us by the technician and now I’m getting the run around . His manager is now saying that he denies saying that the oil cooler was damaged which is what he told to me twice , which is the only reason I bought the new one . So not only did I pay 79.00 to have my car checked out but I had to pay over 500 for a new oil cooler that wasn’t needed , 250 in labor , also my bushings are now eaten away from the leaking oil which is now causing a noise on my car that wasn’t there before the initial oil change . He is obviously covering for someone because I recently spoke to him after talking to his manager and he did not say to her what he told me .

When my car broke in phoenix i took it to abc Nissan And when I went to drop it off. Andy told me that I have to leave the car. But they took me back home. He ordered me. A lift right they pay for it and When I came back to California. I had to take my car to Nissan again. And I went to Fontana Nissan. I told them that I didn't have. How to go back home But they didn't really care.

It had nothing to do with your associate, Joseph was doing his job. I have Bren bring in our car, every time the sensor indicate tire issue, yet no one had found the small nail, so the issue kept reflecting that my sensor would indicate. It has probably been notated in our account, and maybe just being in head, but no one had checked the tire under water, until today. Associate either Pat or Pam, notate for tire check in water, did your technician found the nail. Our lives were in danger, as I state I travel off n to Whittier, and could have experienced a BLOW OUT ANYTIME. I was told to ask for my discount when paying, but Instead I was charge $29.99 for tire patch, hum ??? I have file a complaint and asking for the reimbursement back for the $29.99

I believe when you have an appointment it should not take “2hrs “for an oil change and wash. That is the only thing this dealership should work on. I was told 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs max from the start.
