I love the way I was greeted and was mad to feel like everything was going to be well with my car. I wasn’t able to pick it up the same day it was done, but it was because of me and I was told that I had nothing to worry about. The actual work done was fine, but no one told me the length of time it would take to complete and I was a bit shocked that after two hours I still had another hour and a half to go. There just wasn’t clear communication at the beginning of the process and that annoyed me. The staff in general was extremely nice and helpful when I reached out to find the status of my vehicle.
