Good evening Nissan survey I was not happy with service As Herman Rivas stared on Dec 2019 Due to low mileage of my 2017 Sentra Do not bring into Nissan Service department till I reach Close to 19,000 miles. However a representative Name Kim from Nissan Fontana stated I must bring in At 6 months due to warrenty. I made appt with Kim For 8:15am 7/9 I arrived at 8:05 am my car was not Put in Bay Area till 9am. And I waited till 10:30 am to get out of service Department. I only wanted oil change and tire rotation And Herman Rivas said you need an additional 154 dollar Service fuel injection to be done on car. My problem With this was I had the 15,000 mile check up Done 12/19 and Heeman Rivas neglected to inform Me if this service that was needed then. So I was not HAPPY today of cost to have my Car serviced. Thank you Anita Hol

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment at 9:30am for JUST and oil change & did not leave until 2pm. Nobody communicated me about the progress of the car, & I was told it would only take about 2 hours according to the rep that checked me in. I had to miss work because I did not expect them to take 5 hours of my time.

Well not a good day at the shop. I registered for an appointment on the Fontana Nissan website for an appointment to include oil change, mileage servicing, recall repair, and a detail wash. On day of appointment, 9:15am, 7/6/20, My service attendees informed might not have the recall part, the detail wash might take all day if possible after service. Well at almost 1pm informed service attendee left due to family emergency, part not available, wash would be held overnight. Only received oil change and out at 2:30pm.
