Took 30 minutes to check in, very disappointing. Then they told me you guys no longer offer rides home. I continue to call your service department to see if there were any other needed repairs, or an estimate time my car would be ready. No one would answer. I finally got a response at 4:45 and was told to hurry because they close at 5pm. Then the rep tells me why I didn’t want to complete the other services that were needed, I said this is the first time I’m hearing about this no one called me to let me know, then he just says oh they had just finished your car when I had called you. I said you didn’t call me I was calling all day to find out anything about my car. I’m so annoyed with this location, I definitely will not be coming back.

I was very disappointed with the service that I recieved yesterday at the Nissan dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:45 am. I got there early around 10:15 and was greated and helped almost right away. The advisor checked me in and told me that my wait time could be up to 3 hours. I didnt understand why so long if I had an appointment. He gave me the option to wait in the lobby or had someone pick me up.I had to wait since I had no one available to pick me up. After about 2 hours of waiting I went to the window they have to see the cars that are being worked on and saw that my car still wasnt being worked on so I waited some more. About another 40 minutes passed when I decided to check on my car I saw that they were finally gonna start working on it and I observed the whole presses. It only took the mechanic about 20min or less to completely my oil change. I was so upset because if it takes only about 30 min or less why did I have to wait more than 3 hrs to have my oilchange done. Further more I went to tell the guy my car was done he said it was getting washed and it would take about 10 more minutes. When I was finally told my car was ready and i can pay for it i tell the service advisor I'm going to pay cash, he then takes me to the cashier and tells me someone will be with me in one moment. I'm waiting for about 5 minutes there and no one shows up. The service advisor finally comes and tells me he has no one available to take payment and that its gonna be about 10 more minutes. I was so upset and disappointed. It took way too log for something so simple. I understand it wasnt the advisors fault but if I already waited so log and I'm paying for my service you can atleast have someone to take my payment right away. I am beyond upset and disappointed. If its gonna take that long to get serviced even with an appointment then you should atleast spaceout your appointments more or not take so many in one day; and if you arent gonna have anyone available to take cash payments then at the time we call and schedule our appointment you should tell us you will only be taking debit or credit card payments.

My car was done around 1030am but was never informed it was ready. I called around 410 to see if it was ready since I knew they closed at 5pm. they told me it was ready and if I could be there before 5pm because thats when they close. Have never had this problem before.

We went last Saturday to service the car and the Nissan advisor told us that it’s only for dropping off cars and and no shuttle available. He advised us to make an appointment in that way we can wait for the car for about 2 hours or we can do the courtesy shuttle since we don’t have a prior appointment.. We agreed to do a 910am appointment which the advisor put in. Again, we verified we can either wait for 2hours or do the courtesy shuttle. He said yes.
This morning, I arrived by 900am. I went in line and I was seen around 930am already. The service advisor David said that I can only drop off the car and no courtesy shuttle was available. I told him I have made an appointment and not just a walk in. I told him I went last Saturday and was told I’d be able to wait for 2 hours max or do a courtesy shuttle by the advisor who made the appointment today. He said the advisor shouldn’t have told me that.
If I was advised correctly then I should have left the car last Saturday and I would have serviced the car and not made an appointment this Monday. They should inform their customers correctly so we can be able to make arrangements like someone to pick us up or not waste a day.
