Juan was very nice. He explained everything. He kept in touch with me on a daily basis to make sure I was aware of what was going on with my car. He handled the problem with kindness, knowledge and sympathy. He is definitely an asset to Fontana Nissan.

Nissan’s decision to again replace my 2nd bad transmission with another rebuild/refurbished trans is unacceptable - BAD MOVE!!! I already have changed the minds of 3 people I know to buy some other vehicle than a Nissan!!! Corporate should have offered me $5K for my car and let me walk!
