Things were marked inspected that I know were not inspected for example my windshield wipers were marked as good and they were defective and I knew this ahead of time so I'm not really sure what services got done another thing they did not put a sticker in my window letting me know when my next oil change was going to be and they did not wash my car like they normally do

I was not out by the time promised which was 11:30. My car was ready and associate never came to let me know even after letting him know that I would be waiting for my car and I had to keep coming to check on car to get serviced and to be ready. Meanwhile other service associate’s kept coming back and forth attending to their customers and following up with them from beginning to end. I was a bit disappointed honestly.
