I was dissatisfied with my appointments before taking 3 hours for a simple oil change . This time I came a hour early on a weekday usually I have only time on weekends . I was told 2 hours and since I was an hour early that meant a hour past my appointment. A hour for my oil change is satisfactory. The whole thing took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Improvement!
