I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times to just be told when I got there with an appointment I don’t know how long you will wait bc the 5 cars in front of you have been here awhile. And then when I said I’ll go somewhere else they then told me oh ok then we will help you. The amount of time I waited was better then expected but it’s sad I had to kind of be rude to get help and not wait 4 hours. I told the advisor I was sorry for being snippy but it was the 3rd time I had to reschedule and was annoyed with it bc every other time was 3/4 hour waits and as being a mom I can’t afford to wait that long and not have a car with kids to pick up.

Everything was fine but there was a comment on the back about battery service that was declined. We weren’t told about this recommendation.

I asked for my rear suspension to specifically be checked. When I went to pick up my vehicle the technician who worked on my vehicle was gone and left no notes on my invoice of what I had asked for. Also nobody called me to notify me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I had to call to check because it was almost closing time.
