I never received a text after my car was ready. I called 3-3.5 hours after dropping off to find out the car has been ready. Today, 9/19 at 5:07pm I received the text saying the car is ready. My appointment was 9/18 at 9:45am.

Liked Nikki's attitude, her help ,and most of all the costumer service..but David on the other hand I Definitely didn't like. For the few years that Ive gone to take my vehicle to do a maintenance he's always trying to add more things to my bill and says that he don't see it on the system but when Nikki checked clearly it was all there. And it's not the first time that he's done it either.
