Juan never came to find me in the lobby when my car was done like he said he would. Last time I was there the service advisor came to lobby and called my name. Both times I did get a text message that my car was done. I also got a link to pay the bill which I did but I waited for him for about 10-12 minutes thinking he was bringing my car around but he wasn't. My car was parked and he had moved to next customer. Not happy experience.
