Get told it's a 2 hour wait on the phone and I ask they need me come on pacific day because my car in a hybrid. They said no it's
fine just a part that and add by any machine. But then get there and they said it's going to be 4 hours late. I so then I tried to find a ride by that's time I fine out that they don't have the part. I don't get why they called me all December to tell me I have a recall and they don't even have the part. Why make appointments then.
