Kyle Heckathorn was a GREAT Service Advisor, HE LISTENED to exactly what I said, and followed thru. I wanted Synthetic Oil, and was willing to pay the upgrade, and I told him NO CAR WASH using the Scratch a Matic. I have had instances in the past where I ask for Synthetic Oil, and later find out I have Fossil Oil, which means it has to be changed in half the time. I have said No Car Wash to find my Durango coming thru the Scratch a Matic, ruining a Ceramic Paint Coating and causing me to have to have it redone at a cost close to $1,000.00 (it's no Zak Coating) Ask a top-shelf detail company the cost for a Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating using C-Quartz Professional, Pricey!

The service staff is rude, and the mechanics left trash in my backset AGAIN. Every time it's something else. Not to mention, I just had to throw down another $2500 for the AC when I had it fixed for the SAME issue just a few years ago. I hate going to this place!!
