We were told that the service was going to take 6 hrs but instead it took 2 days. The loaner had mileage limitations and also required me to provide a credit card. This isn't the 1st time we've had our car in service with a loaner and we did not need a credit card for the loaner.

Everything is fine but only one thing I’m not happy about the guy at service. His name is Carlos. I don’t like the way he talked to me and his attitude. No need to ask too much questions about my personal. That’s weird and no need to. He asked : how is my business? I said : not busy during Covid. And keep asking : why you don’t want your business busy?? Something like that? That’s weird… I don’t like it. Just focus on car service better ask too much about my business??

When I made my service appointment with the girl in the call center (in Florida) she was not aware of the hours in California, and scheduled me for a 6pm service. When I got to the appointment, I was advised by some workers in the service area, that I could not have my car back until the next day. I informed them that I was not told that, and that I was going out of town the next day. They said “sorry” there is nothing we can do. I talked to Jaime, and he turned the situation around, I had my car serviced, and was out by within a little more than an hour.
