I am super upset. First time I came in he replaced the air filter in my air conditioner, which I said to the sales associate, Theas, that I didn’t want in there until the cover was brought in. I have been told that the cover to my ac was on back order and there is no ETA. I am calling bull on that because my personal mechanic can find the part from a dealership for $150. This cover was part of my contract when purchasing the car, the ac would be fixed. It has been over 2 months now. Third, the cover that is missing is causing other issues to the ac, which my personal mechanic figured out because when I brought it to you they didn’t even look at it. What is the point of making an appointment if you don’t even look at it within 5 hours of it being dropped off? Lastly when this part does come in you better make sure it has a door handle to direct the ac to the air vents because that part is missing is supposed to do that.

My experience was terrible! It was my first time at this dealership and I will never go back. I had an appointment and when I first showed up Jaime explained they were short staffed and it would be a 2 hour wait for appts and 4 hours for walk-ins. At 1:30pm (my appointment was at 11am), I go to the front to ask about my car as it has been 2 1/2 hours. I was told 10 mins and I would be done. I sit back down. 20 mins later my car is still not done and I’m told another 30 mins. At this point, I’m very upset. I spoke with the department manager who just said he could expedite my car. It is 2:05pm and no one has started working on my car. People who came after me have left. I don’t feel like the staff even cared to be honest. They seemed to have a more “it is what it is” attitude. I wouldn’t have waited there if I had been told in the beginning the wait time was that long, I would have gotten a ride home. It was absolutely ridiculous and no one seemed to really care. My time was wasted and this experience was the worst.
