Other service personnel I dealt with in the past at South County Lexus were ambiguous when answering my questions and wanted me to go as far as paying money for things I didn’t need, going as far as recommending replacing the computer due to a simple battery issue.

There were issues in setting up the appointment in regards to the time it was schedule. The representative on the phone also assured me that the service would take an hour, so I booked my appointment. If this was not the case, I would have liked the option to rearrangement my schedule.
I was on a time crunch and made the representatives aware. I felt like they didn’t have regard to my time as they were delayed in letting me know my car was ready and in checking out.
