Jacob is a very very nice guy.
People answering phones and the ones who welcome you are a total disaster
I was trying to get ahold of Jacob on Saturday for more than an hour, they put me in hold before greeting me, that was so rude and unnecessary, if they were having issues why didn’t tell the customers! I would understand but things escalate and I get so frustrated! My car wasn’t ready because they order the wrong part and that makes me so so unsatisfied. Again that wasn’t Jacob fault. Never ever taking my car with you guys. Hope someone of the team contacts me!
