1. No one greets you in the service department (neither in Ford or Lincoln). I had to get out of my car & find someone to check my car in.
2. Service is horrible! On drop off & pick up I had to locate my car and find it in the parking lot. There’s no valet to bring a customer their car?! And the car was filthy! This is the only dealership that doesn’t provide a complimentary wash?
3. I dropped it off with two issues and left it for two weeks. Only the headlight was fixed, not the engine. The engine sound was obvious as soon as I turned it on AT FORD…will not be back!
