Adrian was rude he doesn’t know how to follow up or talk to customers when he does talk to them. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times who never showed up. I sent an email to a Doolittle that still hasn’t responded and if I hadn’t purchased this service plan I wouldn’t return. This is not the first time that me and my husband has received horrible service it’s every time we come.
