My first time with Ivan as my service advisor…He went above and beyond trying to find the problem to which I was complaining, only to realize that I put Ivan thru hell with a problem that didn’t really exist. I realize as he tried to explain the features of my Rogue, that maybe it was the pedestrian notification and not the reverse distance detection that I was confused with! Sorry Ivan! He remained professional even as I gave him attitude!!
