Tim my service advisor was wonderful! The only thing I would like to let Lexus know is I had a Zak Tec treatment and the was wash job was just mediocre. I still have black splatter on the white of my car next to my tires. Expected it to be much better.

Brought in for oil change. Service discovered rodent damage under the hood and at axles! Gave me a loaner and fixed damage by next afternoon. Thank you for that. Minor peeve- service removed the nest, etc, but did not clean up the residual urine and deposits. I had to do it at home. Also loaner car had very little gas when I received it- I nearly ran out when returning car the next day.

My car was there for almost 3 days. The only phone call that I got in regards to my car was the one to sell the service to do the work on my car. Other than that I had to call in every time to get an update on my vehicle. On top of that my vehicle was done for almost an entire day until I had the opportunity to call and check on it. The vehicle is going to be coming back in because now it has a starting issue which I didn’t have when I brought it there. I have two major cracks on my dashboard that I have no idea where they came from. And overall it was kind of a disappointing service. I’ve done a lot of work there and I bought vehicles as well as sent people in to buy vehicles. To say the least I’m frustrated and unfortunately not very happy!

American manufacturer dealers don't seem like the place to buy/service a $90,000 vehicle...heck I'd take my Ferrari to John for his level of service. Awesome job!
