My service appt was made for a RECALL. I Wasted 4 hours awaiting update from your staff only to find that the recall part was not available. I had to call the dealership. They did not attempt to call me with an update. Very disappointed customer!!!! I now have to make ANOTHER appt and waste another day getting my vehicle in to AIRPARK.

I’m at a tire dealer today (1/2/2026) because of shaking and obvious abnormal wear to the front tires. The struts also appear to have an issue. In your recent service on my vehicle, you noted no abnormal wear which clearly was inaccurate.
