Service rep was fine. Actual service took all day long. Was upset, but discounted services somewhat make up for that.
What truly makes me unsatisfied is the fact that I paid for a key pin so I can get a spare key, and this pin expired before I could use it. If my service didn't take all day I could've got a spare key afterwards like I originally planned. This turned out to be a complete waste of money. I live 40 min away and can't just stop in anytime for a new pin. I'd appreciate if you can send me a new pin or refund my money.

Since I bought my Jeep, I’ve encountered problems that left me very frustrated with the dealership. Anything was assigned my advisor and was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure I was properly taken care of. I know I was not always easy to work with because I was so frustrated, but Anthony took care of me. He helped restore some faith in your dealership.
