It had to do w parts and James Ashley. Are brand new raptor was promised to be done in two days and it was a whole week. It was supposed to be done on a Friday and they kept giving us to go around. Finally James got on the phone with Crawford and said only three of the new tires that we ordered are good and that the other one was not and they had ordered it. Another part was not done. The whole week it was there we got no updates. It was extremely frustrating needless to say Crawford made it right and we got the vehicle the next day. So far it is not been a great experience having bought a brand new vehicle there and having two teenagers that are going to be driving soon and looking for cars for them as well. We have not been happy with the service and experience so far.

We just want to commend Heath for always providing excellent customer service. The issue we continue to have is not being able to get our car in for service timely because there's no loaner it's always a month out. Being a Black Label customer we should not have to wait that long. We feel we arent getting the full benefit of being a Black Label customer. The Aviator is a very nice looking car but it has so much recalls for a luxury vehicle it spends alot of time at the shop.
