Honestly, if I’m waiting two hours for basic top service, I would hope my car would be complementary washed. Although Alfredo was amazing I couldn’t help to feel disappointed with this detail.

Very unhappy I my vehicle for work. So when I took in
For diagnosis ( jeep would not start) . I lost a entire days work
Only to get my jeep back with alerts that were never addressed.
Racheal assured me they found nothing wrong .
Ypon picking my jeep up an alert was present.
I called Racheal , she said I would need to leave my vehicle for a few
days for diagnostic. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE TOLD ME A DIAGNOSIS was ALREADY performed…I WIIL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. because of what I think is dishonesty .. ..

Kyle did a great job taking care of the repair of my car, he is a great person to work with and his personal skills and customer service is great. On a scale of 10 I will give him 1000.
However I'm not very happy with the technical team who worked on the car, they took a long time to fix the car, and after that they broke a part of the car while doing the main repair which causes the car to leak coolant fluid, and they gave me the car without doing a good check, and took him then found it was leaking. Therefore I'm not very happy with that service.
But again Kyle stepped in and did the repair without extra cost on me, so I really appreciate that.
