Car isn’t ready yet so I can’t evaluate Matthew’s service. However, I bought this vehicle in January. It’s now the middle of March. I’ve driven it maybe three weeks in total. The rest of the time it’s either been in the dealership for service. Due to lack of communication between sales and service, I had to take my car to the dealership three times before service kept it for repairs. I explained the issues a dozen times to half a dozen people. They tried to charge me for complimentary work. The main issue wasn’t fixed (by Nissan) the first time so I had to return again. All work wasn’t completed in the first two-week period so I had to return another time to have paint work done. Very poor experience that could have been avoided with better communication and planning between departments.

Maybe it was the time change that made the young man that helped me today be out of sorts. He seemed very unmotivated to help me pick up my car. He, in my opinion, was very frank and rude. When he was able to find my paperwork, I signed it and he told me he would get my car. I sat for quite a long time wondering what was taking so long to get my car. I finally asked another young man if he could check on where my car was. The young man checked and pointed to my car after he checked. The young man who got my car did not bother to tell him that he had pulled up my car and where it was. I lost at least 30 minutes out of my day unnecessarily. I have never been treated like this at Lexus. Again, maybe the time change threw this young man off but he was not helpful and obviously not with it or attentive. I was almost immediately turned off by his poor customer service.
