Richard did an excellent job of getting back on the road safely. He had me speak with the technician that worked on my Durango to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. 5 star service from Richard and the technician. I can’t remember his name but he went above and beyond my expectations. They both deserve recognition and credit for the excellent work and service they provided.

The problem I have is that after a tire rotation my Jeep now has a significant wobble felt in the steering wheel that wasn’t there before the service. I returned to the garage they forked the lug nuts but it is still happening.

No issue with service. Disappointed when I asked for help with a lady in waiting room who used your hand sanitizer and it hit her eye. She was miserable. I gave her saline eye drops which helped but when I asked for assistance got a very brief visit and a couple paper towels when I asked for Kleenex for lady. And then staff person disappeared. Thought they should get her name and check on her tomorrow perhaps and maybe a thank you to me. Again service and service person fine.
