Also thank you for making a smoking area available away from the main building in the shade I especially appreciate the shade and the accommodations given that there is an anti smoking sentiment in society. I agree it’s not a good addiction but it’s nice that I am not treated second clsss because of it!
Regarding trade and the 392. I can’t remember what the msrp is for a 392 but 105k is over the top for a new jeep.
I would consider invoice to MSRP range for the purchase cost in the future once I obtain a new opportunity.

The only thing I found. I had previously called the parts department for wiper inserts and they said $9.99 apiece no charge for installation. But when I Got home and checked my bill I was charged 19.99 for each front wiper. I had gone in for my regularly scheduled oil change

$3K quote to replace an evaporator is outrageous and laughable. I was also charged for a phony AC diagnostic. I’m 100% certain there wasn’t an inspection to begin with and he just sent a ridiculous quote for no reason. Richard implied we lied about the work that was completed a few years back by your own mechanics. Originally they “fixed” the vehicle, only for us to come back the very next day because it wasn’t fixed. They removed the entire dashboard (no idea why) and failed to properly mount the display screen. They didn’t make any notes about anything that took place and he tried to argue with me about it. Ultimately, he did the right thing by making the repair, but I will likely never return to this service center or buy another vehicle from this dealership. I will add that Richard was a nice guy, but he was not interested in helping us in any way. And I think that reflects the leadership and culture set forth by the owners and staff.
