Suggestion: As I had to wait for two hours, suggest the Service Consultant get in touch with the customer half way through the service to let the customer know how the service is going and how much longer it will take.

When I have a 10:30 appointment, I take that as the time that my vehicle will be put in the shop, and worked on. Not that that's the time that I get to start hanging out at Airpark for the next three hours. You folks need to get your scheduling set so that you don't have an overload of appointments at one time of day, and then a big slack at another. My mother has a Subaru, and when she goes to their place just down the road from you for an oil change, she's in & out inside of 45 minutes. Maybe you folks should get their scheduler? Or maybe have their scheduler train yours? This isn't the only time for this, either. It's every.....****.....time. I absolutely HATE coming in for service because of the sluggishness of that service. An oil change should NEVER take three hours. Period. Ask yourself this....would you go back to a restaurant that took three hours to prepare your dish? Every time? Hell, even doctors do better than y'all, and you KNOW how they are. C'mon, man. Unacceptable. It shows a distinct lack of respect for, and appreciation towards, your customers.
