We asked multiple times if the issues with our vehicle had been addressed. Richard very condescendingly told us he had fixed everything and that the update they did would fix the heated passenger seat. Then he failed to communicate a time frame on when I could expect the service to be done. After two weeks with my car in the shop I picked up my car and the issue presented itself within the first 30 minutes of having the car. Now after all of this we have to bring the car back in for repairs after repeatedly explaining what needs to happen and being told by Richard that he knows what he is doing and that our car is fixed.

Service rep was knowledgeable and friendly enough, but seemed as though there was an overall capacity/volume issue. It took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment the week prior so as to not be a drive up, which usually takes longer.
Given work force issues everywhere, I assume this was the issue, however scheduling appointments in advance should have alleviate the issue.
Overall not the best experience, but they didn’t break anything and Jeep is still running, so 3/5 stars would be my rating.
