I’ve been a customer of Jeep for 21 years and Airpark for about 20. As I’ve discussed with the service department numerous times their was an AC evaporator repair done around November, 2018. Ever since then I’ve experienced and reported a loud vibration sound coming from the dash area at about 50mph or higher. No one at the dealership claimed to know what caused the noise. A year ago, i learned from jeep owner websites that the noise was caused by the “air cowl” (likely damaged when it was removed for the evaporator repair). I brought that to the attention of Mike and Armando in service at the time (they no longer work there.). They said that even though I’d been reporting it since 2018 the dealership wouldn’t take responsibility for repairing it or even give me a credit to reduce the cost of repair. They explored having my maxcare warranty cover the repair but they said it didn’t appear to be covered. Armando had me call maxcare customer service in August, 2021 when they had my car for almost a month and the maxcare rep said it was a covered part, but she wouldn’t give me the information Armando needed to enter it the system - she said he just needed to call for authorization and they’d give him the part code. He apparently never did that and the repair wasn’t done. This time I explained the same to Jacob with the exact same result - a different maxcare rep says it is covered but Jacob (who I believe tried) could find the number for approval. He spoke to his manager to see if the dealership could do anything, but no help). At the same time I’m dealing with a leather dashboard issue that the dealership and jeep failed to communicate on previously. Jeep and the dealership has changed in the last 20 years - neither will stand behind its product. I’ve lost faith in the brand!!!

Jorge Lopez was great. He gets a 10 out of 10. But the wait time was not even close to expectations. I made an APPOINTMENT for an oil change online for 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. Jorge told me it would be about 2 hours, so I went to your waiting room. It took almost 4 hours before I received my car back. What was the point of making an appointment?

Tim, my service rep, was very personable and helpful in explaining my service options. Overall, I’m always impressed with how friendly and efficient everyone is from the first moment I’m greeted at my car to the final moment that I’m handed my car back! I never experienced this high level of consistent friendliness and professionalism when I previously owned a BMW and dreaded my experience at Irvine BMW!
