When making the appointment they were going to come pick it up then I received an email stating my appointment was changed to drop off. I called and they said it would only take an hour and they’d clean it.
Four hours later it was done and not cleaned. I’m a new Lincoln owner and I’m use to Lexus amazing customer service. I was very disappointed.

I was told 1 1/2 hrs for a oil change. After 2 hrs I ask how much longer. They said there was a recall but they did not have the parts. For business it should not take that long. That is hard for them to wait that long. They loss money cause they are not working.
