I was very happy with the service. I was a bit nervous because except for some oil changes for the car and tires I had not done anything to the car since 2015 when I purchased it.
Mr RGD put me at ease and we made a plan where I can get things done in blocks of time.

Jacob in service was very nice. If you buy an expensive vehicle and bring it in for service and ask it be washed ( all other service and vehicle places I’ve used do this) and you get it back not washed, wiped with a dirt cloth no windows done and just extreme disrespect for a consumer, makes me a little upset. I know you were busy but if you do something do it and show a little bit extra especially in todays economy. I went and paid to have it washed myself.

My second key was lost by my sales guy . Fiananing lied about extended warranty. He said it was 4 dallors a month because i was a repeat costomer . His paperwork was incomplete before signing. Ny loan went from 65 k to 82 k . Finace department also ran out to my vehicle to sign more stuff that he forgot. I turned in my vin number 3 days prior to ariving on Saturday so theyy could get exact pay off . They said i would have to pay more if pay off was correct. They got that info . Im want to go in and cancel extended warranty. Lies . Im leave a review for Midaway on line to explain this all . You cant get a fair hand shake from no one anymore. Nobody returns my call about the missing key . I live in winslow Az and now i might have to spend money and time to get key resolved 8 hours round trip . Pluss the time i got to spend there . This was the absolute worst experience. Finace department over charge me on down payment. They over drew my account. They did put money back . Your finace department is a scam . They will tell u anything to get there sale on extended warranty that i didn't even want .
I have to leave your facility at one point to try and cool down .
They are poor representation of Midway

We took our 2007 Denali Yukon xl to get it fixed, and every time they tell us our vehicle is ready it isn't. We have taken the vehicle couple times and the issue is still not resolved. We call our service specialist leave messages and never answer or get a call back. Just a horrible experience overall, we are trying to get it fixed and still have yet to get a call back from Edgar from message I left him. Service people never answer the phone as well
