I am extremely pleased with the service I get from Hassan.
He always explains the that needs to be done and keeps me
updated on the progress and estimated cost. I can’t say
enough about the service Hassan provides. My car is a
a 2005 and has been serviced at this dealership since we
purchased it so I have seen a lot of service reps and Hassan
has been the best.

Aaron was really really great after the first two minutes when he realized he was sort of rude. He more than made up for it but those first two minutes were a bit tough and annoying. Please don’t give him a hard time about it. I think if a customer is ignorant about something he needs to make them feel like it’s OK and that you guys are there to help, not to shove it back in their face. Again he did amazing once I pushed back a little bit and he felt the tension. I’m mentioning it because I think he has great potential.
