Paid out of pocket for a repair not covered by warranty that was not necessary because it did not fix the problem and had to pay for the part from a parts store later that day after picking up the Jeep. Jeep was pretty scratched up and now requires a buff/wax. The Jeep was sitting for a month waiting to get manufacturer parts in.

Car was in for tire rotation and oil change. Purchased at the dealership In February. Check engine light came on. Car was at the dealership for 10 days trying to get the light off. We have had the car home for 14 days and the check engine light is on again. Dealership tried to reset and now the brakes are not working properly. Had to leave the car again. No loaner offered to use for work. Very disappointed with quality of vehicle and workmanship of the dealership techs. I had to call everyday to get updates. Not a positive experience so far. Richard is nice but he is not in control of rental cars for obvious manufacturing issues nor is he in charge of staffing techs to fix cars. I was told there is a two week wait to get your car looked at once it arrives at service.

I know that the people are busy taking in the vehicles for service. where my problem was when I called to see if my car was ready to pick up. My call was transferred but that was as far as I got and it went to voice mail. I called at several different times, with no response.

Did not respond to the three text messages I sent. Did not call when he said he would. I have asked for the paperwork about my appointment and still have not gotten it. Always, mansplained paddle shifters to me which I did not appreciate.

Very comprehensive 60,000 service. However I would like to have copies of service technician’s comments on vehicle. Apparently you do not allow this. I don’t understand this policy. I paid almost $1,000 for the work.
