I was scheduled for an appointment to diagnose a light coming on, got up on Saturday morning to get to the appointment on time, drove all the way from NW Peoria, two vehicles and the gas, because I had to leave the car and a 35 minute drive. Also took me two weeks to get an appointment time. Upon arrival the tech said he had to put me on a waiting list for another 7 days to just get diagnosed and then additional time for the repair and parts. I bought the vehicle from you guys, have owned several Jeeps since 1998, and try to be a loyal customer, but this was BS!! What a waist of my time!

I suggest anyone who has to wait more than 45 minutes should get a custard filled donut. Other than that service was great.
