Your service advisor's are rude, no good customer service..just stay in there booths and when they they talk to you..it's like your dumb... no thank you but your in safe hands everywhere but here... close up shop!

I asked how much tire rotation would be. Was told $25, ended up being 32. I got a text with the recommended service. It was recommended to change my air filter and cabin air filter which I personally changed both less than a month ago. So did you even look? What else did you not check?
I agreed to $70.40 worth of service. When I went to pick up my truck, the salesman wanted $135.
Salesman said they sent me the amount with the wrong amount of oil.
I’m not going to argue over $65, but you shouldn’t be ringing people up for an extra $65 either. Hope it was worth it, because I’ll take my truck elsewhere now.

Of course, the salesman was friendly during the purchase of my vehicle but a week later I called him regarding a paperwork issue, he was not as friendly. Then two weeks later I needed to drop my car off for repairs at the service department. Unfortunately, they did not have the part in stock and the part was ordered from another and was going to be several days before the part would be delivered. I never received a call from the service department to let me know the status of the shipment. I called on the 6th day of waiting to check status and I did not get the same friendly service and was informed at that time the part just happened to be delivered and they would call me back when I could drop my car off. I never received a call so I showed up without an appointment. It was clear they weren’t too happy I showed up 30 minutes before closing. However, they made time and placed the part on my car.

I do wish this survey didn't ask about appraisal. It is a little pushy and my truck is a 2022. Even if it wasn’t, directly after service seems like poor timing. Just my two cents. Otherwise, love the dealer and service and I always point my friends and colleagues your way.

I found out later (through junk mail) there were additional services recommended which I was not informed of. One of which was a serious safety concern. I have worked with the same service advisor for years and have had great service until now. The department as a whole seems disorganized and on par to the average reviews posted online. I was contacted by multiple people and each seemed more confused than the last. I have recently ordered a brand new Chevy and after many many years of service with Midway, I will not be returning. The autonomous appointment setting, confusion and lack of communication between team members, lack of follow up on requested services (please review the number of times over requested a simple door guard at every service stop and call-in), and lack of advisement on serious safety issues was unacceptable. Their service department makes me love Chevy a little less each time.
