I didn't even make it to home after picking up the vehicle and it will not start. Everything is locked up (steering wheel, gear shift, brakes etc). I am stranded. This vehicle is not fixed, something is definitely draining the battery and they didn't look into it thoroughly enough.

My car has been in the shop 7 times in a year and has yet to be fixed! You are not doing anything about my car having a continuous problem and being in your shop every 3-4 months. Then you keep my car for a week and tell me there is nothing wrong with it so you give it back and I have the same issues. No one has offered a solution, I just keep getting told there is nothing wrong! I have been ignored and dismissed every time.
