Rgd was so helpful. He listened to exactly what my issue was and made sure it was fixed completely. He set me up with a loaner car so that I would not have to worry about getting to work. He worked hard on trying to get the fix covered by my extended warranty company that they typically did not work with. Even though it ended up not being covered, I still really appreciate that he was willing to try his best to work with them because they were terrible. When I came in to pick up my car, he described everything to me and sat in the car with me to ensure that my air conditioning was working again and even showed me how to work my system because I didn’t know how the buttons worked. I will definitely be back and will request for him the next time I get something fixed or just for an oil change.

All Staff including the cleaning crew at night are nothing less than exceptional. I will never go back to Newport Lexus as far as customer services. There service depart. refused to help
me whenI was stranded and told them i had 3% left on phone battery. “
We don’t do that mam, you need to call yourself.” I replied, “ I have 3 % left.” She repeated same sentence. Luckily the gas station near me was very nice and allowed me to use their apple charger as mine had broken. I was on phone with the best **** support service set up from Mass. for 30 min., and if theta man at the gas station weren’t there, I may still be in the middle of nowhere.
Inhad it towed to this fine establishment, and Davin let me know some dealers don’t provide that service, but they do. So, if you want to live, and then get there late needing to use the restroom and the kindness of the cleaning crew trusted a 47yr female with grocery bags full of used water bottles, makeup running from sweat of a hot day allow me to use the restroom with grace and empathy. The bonus is the most amazing boutique inside roamed the next day when ai picked up car.

Customer service was horrible. Truck was in the shop for 9 days. Every time I called for an update the service advisor was frustrated and didn't want to talk to me. To prevent phone calls from customers you should relay an update by email or text. Ot was frustrating to not hear from anyone and wait forever to get my truck back.
