Pleased with the overall service from start to finish. Service rep. was professional, prompt, courteous and went the extra.

Ruben my service advisor was great. Very polite and kind. The only disappointing thing which was out of his control was that I really needed my tires balance and rotated. That is the main reason I brought it in. To save time I got an oil change earlier than was necessary. At the end of the day when I was told service was ready but the balance and rotation could not be done because the machine was broken I was aggravated because now I have to take it to discount tire and spend more time I don’t really have to get the main thing I scheduled the appointment for. Discount will do it for free, but I was willing to pay Airpark for the convenience. I lost that option today. If I had known that the service could have not been completed when I dropped it off it would have drove away and reach the oil change.Still I appreciated Ruben’s help and professionalism. Something’s are out of your control, but better communication with the service managers when equipment is not working would have curbed any inconvenience for customers. Let’s face it I can go to Jiffy Lube and not spend $210.00 on an oil change . They are about $30-$40 cheaper if not more. I prefer to have everything done by a RAM tech even if it costs me more money, but when it costs more time is where I have a complaint.

Kyle is great. Now if the body shop would stop scratching my Jeep! It’s still not painted right.

Repair was overpriced more than double what it would have cost somewhere else. Even the cost of diagnosis was close to $700.
